Welcome to Namaste Nook. Namaste Nook is operated by Marrina LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By visiting our website, purchasing from us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. Many Namaste Nook items are handmade, artisan-made, hand-finished, vintage-inspired, or produced in small batches. Natural variations in color, weave, embroidery, printing, texture, dimensions, and other characteristics may occur and are not necessarily defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability may change without notice. Items may be available in limited quantities, and we reserve the right to discontinue products or correct pricing, description, or inventory errors.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
