Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Namaste Nook purchase. If an item isn't right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with any original tags or packaging when applicable.

To request a return, please contact Namaste Nook before sending the item back. Returns sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, sizing preferences, or other returns not caused by an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right. We may request photographs of the item and packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain items may be marked Final Sale and cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

Because many Namaste Nook items are available in limited quantities or are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange. When possible, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
